Gina Pellegrini
Gina Pellegrini is the owner of Pellegrini Team Consulting, a consulting firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. For 15 years, Gina has used The Systematic Team Approach to help clients develop strategies to improve office systems, workflow, productivity, communication, and teamwork. A born entrepreneur, Gina helps others do what she has done successfully — create a niche by providing superior service and value to clients.
A well-known speaker and author, Gina has been featured in various trade magazines and at national conferences. Her publications include The Personnel Package, a reference guide and audio CD on employee hiring and management, The Appointment Scheduler, a book and audio CD on effective telephoning techniques for marketing assistants, and The Power of Two, a book on successful advisor-assistant teams (out of print).
A participant in the Strategic Coach® Program since 1992, Gina is currently in the Strategic Coach® Masters program and also attends quarterly sessions of Coach2®, an advanced program focused on the unique packaging of the entrepreneurial business. Gina coaches in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Toronto.
