Michael Reddy
Michael Reddy is a highly successful and versatile entrepreneur from Toronto, Ontario. As a partner in The Right Mountain Inc., Michael coaches individuals and teams, and works with senior management teams in the areas of leadership, communication, teamwork, and creating cultural change. In addition, he is also the founder and president of Redvest Corporation where he’s established a commercial real estate portfolio.
Outside of his two businesses, Michael is vice chairman and director of operations for Trails Youth Initiatives, a charity based in Toronto. This group supports vulnerable inner city youth to become contributing members of their communities. Michael has a business degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, and a law degree from Queen’s University.
As a speaker and facilitator, Michael spreads his positive attitude and sense of humor, inspiring passion in people’s lives. Using Strategic Coach® concepts and tools, he consistently innovates new and different ways to create value for his clients. His goal as a coach is to provide people with the tools, confidence, and motivation to create successful businesses that support them in having lives they love. Michael has participated in the Strategic Coach® Program since 2003 and currently attends quarterly Strategic Coach® Masters workshops with Dan Sullivan. He coaches Strategic Coach workshops in Los Angeles.
