What do you get when you combine an entrepreneur’s energy, a healer’s intuition, and a coach’s heart? Babs Smith, aka one badass entrepreneur.

Babs was an entrepreneur in her own right when she and Dan Sullivan met in 1982. Over the next few years, she was continually inspired by Dan’s unique gifts and thinking processes, and knew that if he could focus on only that, “This could be really big.” The thing was, Dan was doing everything himself. Babs teamed up with him to create Strategic Coach in order to bring his unique thinking to the entrepreneurial world. As she got “Whos” to handle the “Hows” that Dan wasn’t good at, and much more, everything got better. Dan’s capabilities flourished, and so did Strategic Coach.

While Dan is the more familiar face “Front Stage” at Strategic Coach, Babs is the driving force “Back Stage,” using her uncommon blend of business acumen and personal insight to lead an organization that’s financially sound and effective, yet also a nurturing, positive, engaging environment for everyone who interacts with it—whichever side of the curtain they’re on.
