Colleen is an advocate for balance, generosity, and fun.

Colleen brings nearly three decades of entrepreneurial experience into the workshop room, along with her refreshing conviction that it’s important to have balance in our business and family lives to be truly successful.

Her current venture, built with another Strategic Coach^®member on a foundation of Coach tools and Unique Ability^®Teamwork, is a female-led fintech company. The Passport Package^™(patent-pending) gives financial advisors a proven, scalable process to build stronger client relationships in five minutes or less.

A Coach member since 2000, Colleen built and sold one of the top financial planning firms in Texas (doing much of it as a single parent); co-authored a book; started her new venture, C&J Innovations, LLC; and continues to make time for her extended family, friends, and a variety of non-profits.

She's motivated by a desire to help entrepreneurs make a difference in their world while living fulfilling lives, and loves the conversations that take place in her workshops. The collective wisdom, creativity, and collaboration that shows up during the day, along with her clients’ willingness to grow and show up for their families, their organizations, and their own clients, inspires her to do her best work each and every day, and as always, to lead by example.

Colleen resides in Dallas, Texas, and enjoys a lot of time in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.
