Maureen Sullivan Garrelts

Maureen’s respect for entrepreneurs and what they contribute extends to the growing role their teams play in their success.

As a Program Advisor, Maureen coaches her entrepreneurial clients between their quarterly workshops, helping them to apply the concepts and tools they’ve learned in their businesses and to stay focused and confident, no matter what life throws at them. She is also the Program Advisor team leader in Chicago, overseeing this team of client support specialists.

Maureen enjoys having the opportunity to work with entrepreneurs. “I love their energy,” she says. “I have so much respect for what they do. Entrepreneurs are trailblazers—creating something from nothing, seizing the moment, fighting on through tough times, reinventing themselves, and creating value in the world.”

She also coaches their teams through The Team Leader Program, The Team Tools^® Program, and onsite workshops. Coaching team members gives her an opportunity to share what she’s learned from supporting entrepreneurs, and she finds they bring a lot to the table. “I love their desire to want to make a difference,” she says.
