Nicole is passionate about helping others to leverage their own Unique Ability® and make the most of Strategic Coach® thinking and tools so they can live courageously too.
A Program Advisor and coach since 2012, Nicole helps over 200 entrepreneurs and their teams recognize and make the most of their natural talents every single quarter. By focusing on building strong and trusting relationships with her clients, she’s able to get to the heart of their complexities and create solutions that leverage the best of their unique experiences and skills. As she says, “My passion is being able to support people to see their potential and appreciate their value by creating individualized strategies and helping them set bigger future goals.”
She’s also a natural leader. Whether it’s with friends or with family, she’s always been passionate about motivating people toward a path of constant achievement and growth, and it’s this same drive that led her to spend much of her time before Coach teaching—and to face some of her biggest fears. “I moved to South Korea for a year to teach English, and it was one of many defining moments in my life,” Nicole explains. “It took a lot of courage to move to a foreign country where I knew no one, couldn’t speak the language, and had no idea what to expect.”
And this courage informs everything Nicole puts her mind to today. Her life’s motto, “You are never guaranteed tomorrow,” is all about living in the moment and practicing gratitude, even in the face of obstacles and uncertainty.
In addition to the 500+ hours a year Nicole spends supporting entrepreneurs in workshops and coaching their team members in The Strategic Assistant® Program, Team Tools®, and Unique EDGE®, she’s also a Kolbe CertifiedTM Consultant and PRINT® certified.
