Rebecca Scoular knows what it’s like to be an entrepreneur.

A passionate Program Advisor and coach for the Strategic Coach^® Team Programs since 2007, Rebecca is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs achieve their bigger futures. With a background in media performance and entrepreneurship, she brings a unique perspective to her role, allowing her to connect deeply with entrepreneurs and their teams.

“I love coaching entrepreneurs,” Rebecca explains, “because they’re people after my own heart. I love their spirit and their ability to think big.” It’s a spirit she’s familiar with, coming from a family in which everyone is self-employed.

She also loves supporting them backstage through the Team Programs, helping team members become more aware of their Unique Ability^®, gain confidence, and learn how to use Coach tools, which then enables them to grow and strive for more—not only on a work level, but on a personal level too. “Working for an entrepreneur is all about partnership, and attending a Team Program helps them realize their importance in working as a team with their entrepreneur,” she says.
