Sarah Kidby
A Program Advisor for Strategic Coach® since 2018, Sarah epitomizes the four Strategic Coach performance capabilities of alert, curious, responsive, and resourceful, going above and beyond to ensure her clients feel safe to express themselves, supported in their growth, and free to dream a bigger, better future.
A naturally positive and empathetic person, she’s driven by an overwhelming urge to help people, and counts even the most difficult day’s work worthwhile if it means she helped just one person find clarity, meaning, or momentum. In fact, clients and team members alike know they can always come to her with their problems and rely on her for attentive conversations grounded in trust and empathy. “There’s nothing more rewarding than realizing something you did or said helped someone have a breakthrough and achieve amazing things,” she explains. “I don’t think my clients understand how much value that gives me.”
While Sarah began her career in sales, she recognized early on that she needed something more. “I always knew that when I approached my 30s, I wanted to move away from sales and into a relationship-focused role,” she tells us. “Relationships are really important to me, and there just wasn’t enough of that in sales. I’d build a rapport with someone and then never get to speak to them again. Becoming a Program Advisor was a no-brainer.” Now, she’s able to build meaningful, supportive relationships that help entrepreneurs find the confidence they need to expand their personal and professional freedoms.
Sarah is trained in PRINT®, Kolbe, and The Collaborative Way®, and spends her free time staying active, building her own confidence by taking solo trips around the world, and caring for her three children.
