A third-generation entrepreneur who had several successful careers before returning to the family business and lifting it to an exponentially higher level of success, Chad has spent the last two decades using Strategic Coach tools and principles to multiply his personal income, freedom, and joy, and for the last ten, he’s made it his personal mission to help other entrepreneurs do the same.
In Chad’s vision, business is a platform for integrated life fulfillment and balance, and he believes that the freedom and opportunities afforded by success should culminate in a fulfilling, purpose-driven life that honors relationships and personal enrichment. His unwavering devotion to his faith and his family underscores this value he places on connecting with others and creating meaningful experiences. For Chad, business is about so much more than money. It’s a tool for having an extraordinary life.
“Business is a playground where we get to make the rules,” Chad explains. “Who are we going to serve? How will we do it differently than anyone else? Who will get to be on the team? How will we honor one another and do our best work together?” These are the questions that lie at the heart of his philosophy as a leader, as a coach, and as a person seeking to leave a positive impact on the world.
Chad resides in Whitefish, Montana.
